To be efficient, effective and competitive in this era of globalization, managers need to acquire and utilize multi-dimensional skills that are essential for managing and marketing business across borders. The Academy of World Business, Marketing and Management Development (AWBMAMD) aims to share research knowledge that exists in the world in various functional areas of business through double blind review conference papers and publications. Option 1: Hotel Accommodation. As mention above, participants can stay at the IBIS or Novotel hotels. The Novotel rooms have excellent views of Paris. Option 2: Student Hostel: Participants have the option of staying at the University student hostel in a “Studio/Residence”. There are 10 studios available for rent. PRESENTATION VENUE, FACILITIES AND TIME ALLOCATION : Presentation of papers will take place at the Pole Universitaire Campus because it has all the necessary modern facilities including data projectors that we can use for power point presentations. The IBIS and Novotel Hotels are only about a 12-15 minute walk from the University through a large traffic-free pedestrian mall – or a 2-3 minute Metro ride. The Metro line finishes at the university and the hotels are opposite the second-last stop. Each presentation will be about 15 minutes plus about 5 minutes question and answer time.
REGISTRATION/COLLECTION OF CONFERENCE BAG: As stated on the program, registration, on the 10th July will be at the Novotel Hotel. You will then receive your Conference Satchel containing your Name Badge, the Program, CD of Proceedings, Lunch and Dinner tickets (that are to be handed in just prior to the meal), tourist information, etc. Registration on the 11-13 th will be at the Pole Universitaire.
